KATHERINE ELLA WOOD

Katherine Ella Wood, Artistic Assistant, is an actor, environmental scientist, teaching artist, and jazz vocalist. She double majored at NYU, studying acting at Tisch and environmental science at CAS, and continued on to study at The Juilliard School Drama Division. Katherine has worked with Artists Striving to End Poverty, and has volunteered with The Jazz Drama Program in NY. She has performed in a few regional and off Broadway shows, most notably at The Public in “Talking About Race” by Anna Deavere-Smith. She now sings jazz at The Williamsburg Hotel as their artist in residence.
