Charlotte Fraiberg is a director at Credit Suisse where she trades Interest Rates and FX derivatives products. Since joining the firm in 2010, Charlotte has been regularly engaging with its charity partners. She even sailed to the Arctic for FareShare! The expedition raised enough to provide over 85,000 meals for vulnerable people in the UK. As a former chess player and a trader - two fields with only few women - she believes rebalancing the gender gap starts by empowering women and developing their leadership. Therefore, she is thrilled to serve on the board of Girl Be Heard, helping young women and girls find their voice and impact the world for social change. Charlotte is also an enthusiastic traveller, having visited all seven continents, and passionate about photography. She loves telling her travel stories through photos that celebrate humanity, raise awareness and promote diversity. Charlotte holds a Master in Management from ESCP Business School and Bachelor in Applied Mathematics from Paris 6 University. She recently relocated from London and lives with her husband Mehdi in Manhattan, NY.
