Jenifer Diaz

Jenifer Diaz, an Executive Assistant, is an innovative strategist and forward-thinking with the ability to transform big-picture ideas into detailed action plans that increase employee engagement, mitigate costs, and drive the achievement of objectives. An articulate motivator; serve as a leader to inspire employees to exceed customer/company expectations and generate both business growth and positive results through leading by example. Jenifer devotes her spare time to outreach programs such as coaching youth sports and as an assistant Den Leader to the Boy Scouts.

Jenifer earned her Bachelors’s in Marketing, and her Masters’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She exhibits success by ascertaining in supervisory roles and simultaneously overseeing multiple processes/locations, personnel, administering business management functions, and inaugurating policies and procedures.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, animals, and being outdoors. Jenifer is raising 2 future leaders of America by being the epitome of a wonder-working woman.
