Luopu Malakpa

Luopu (she/her) is an artist who works across various genres and uses multimedia to tell stories. She was a 2022 Hurston/Wright Foundation Fellow at Rutgers University and a Sundress Publications Summer 2022 Residency Fellow at Firefly Farms. She sees her art as a form of activism and a way for her to practice radical self-love/self-care and community building.
