Ashlee Danielle

Ashlee Danielle is an actress, writer, director, teacher and content creator in New York City. A graduate from St. John's University and the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, Ashlee has been performing on stage since 2014. She noticed a lack of work available for young black artists and began writing her own short films and web series content in 2016. 

She continues to write and star in her own productions that revolve around social issues, community and black love, while continuously producing content for social media and Tik Tok. Her stage work continues in NYC with her work with the Negro Ensemble Theater Company and writing new plays for festivals and showcases.

As a teaching artist, Ashlee has been teaching and directing since 2017, She has worked with Harlem School of the Arts, Various Charter Schools K-12, Good Shepherd Services, Broadway for Arts Education, Center for Arts Education and is proud to continue her work as an Arts Education Advocate with Girl Be Heard as their Community Partnerships Manager!
